Over the years of its existence, our Company succeeded in building a really top-class up-to-date manufacturing plant. While building it, we aimed to create a Ukrainian industrial plant that would correspond to the European quality standards and meet customer needs. Almost everything at the plant is automated: the whole production cycle is in place - from bottling to packaging. And automated management is provided even for the warehouse stock.

\r\nOur production facilities are a set of departments explicitly created for a particular process. The raw material storage tank farm has more than 90 tanks of different volumes for storage of different groups of base oils and other raw materials. From here, the raw materials are piped directly to the production shop with special mixing reactors.

The manufacturing process is prepared on the central computer. After it is ready, the machinery and automated equipment start working. In compliance with the program and technical documentation, it measures and delivers all the necessary quantities subject to the temperature regime and pressure control when each additive is mixed and added.
\r\n 
\r\nThe finished product is delivered to the packing department, where it is packed into canisters. Six automatic and semi-automatic lines are installed at the plant. Each line is designated for a specific volume of canisters, this significantly saves workers’ time, and the maximum amount of product is packed.
\r\n 
\r\nAt the final stage, the products are delivered to the indoor storage facility preventing contamination of external factors. There we store the products until shipment.
